Again with the Hula
September 14th, 2007A few weeks ago Joy got a couple of Hula movies from her grandparents in Hawaii. She has been enamored with Hula since we visited Hawaii last February. The first time we watched the movie Joy was fascinated but very reserved. Somehow by the time we watched it for the second time she had become an expert. With very little prompting, and her own instrument and costume selection (OK I dug out the grass skirt but she insisted on the ankle bracelets) she performed a lengthy hula improv.
I wish I could post all the movies.
